Hokaben will be difficult to finish since it only has three subbed episodes. Sapuri is very much like Kimi wa Petto, but I think I like the latter better because of the petty kisses.
The only thing on my 'list' (which is very much not a list) is Zettai Kareshi and Tantei Gakuen Q. Other than that, I'm still thinking about finishing Last Friends, 1LoT and Kurosagi. This list would be great if you had a scrapbook to come with it! :D

Anything you like, really. You can check mine out. JE buys and fics were a personal choice, you can still put in music, I left that out since the topic has a wide range, my list may go on forever. XD

If not I would like to suggest you Taiwanese Hana Kimi, taiwanese Smiling Pasta if you like romantic stories this is awesome and so funny, and maybe Devil Besides You since it's so popular and I like it too. And Taiwanese version of Itazura no Kiss named It started with a Kiss it's really good, also Tokyo Juliet (it's Taiwanese too) I'm not that much into Korean things yet but Cinderella Sister and Dream High, or if you like sad drama Winter Sonata absolutely! and I'm sorry I love you.
