Crumbled feta cheese goes well with steamed brussel sprouts.

Yum! Perhaps at last I've found a way to make brussels sprouts palatable to the kids - generally feta cheese is the key to getting them to eat spinach dishes.
From memory, brussels sprouts are one of the few veggies that are ok when you are food intolerant?

Yes, brussel sprouts are beige, although I haven't eaten them for a while. Fortunately I like them but the sulphur can be a bit of an issue...

Mm, this is the only way I like cabbage. Mmmmmaybe I should try brussels sprouts again. Perhaps by growing them, to make sure they're fresh/young.
