I had stuff in my head about Obama's comments regarding Reagan, but my brain is too shot from work today to make any sense of it. What do you guys think? I don't buy that he was idolizing Reagan for actions against the Civil Rights and Women's Equality movements, which is what some seem to be implying or outright saying ( Read more... )

if gareth's blog is any indication, i probably wouldn't read stuff outside lj. i like reading it here, though. why are you thinking of moving it?

haha. i was just thinking of better separating it from personal stuff, just to be "cleaner" (less cluttered) if that makes sense.

so y'know, when i have 8 million rabid readers they aren't all trying to LJ-friend me. HAH.

I used to like McCain... I wanted him back in 2000. But his views seem to have changed a bit to me. He supports a lot of what Bush has done. From what I understand, his only beef witht he current administration is the torture thing. Which I agree is bad, but there's a lot of other complaints too...

Still, he is probably the least icky of the republicans. Huckabee and Romney are absolute nos. I don't know much about Guiliani... but I'm sick of hearing him talk about 9/11.

If you moved it, I'd probably read it if you updated pretty frequently (1+ a week). I'd probably still check it some if you were less frequent about it, 'cause face it, work has boring down times, but it'd be easier here. Any reason not to just use a different LJ account? Is there something desirable about the other sites?

haha yeah, it's like Biden said, 'Noun, verb, 9/11."

another lj account would be an option, it's not like a significant number of people read it that i would want to feel all "official" or something. i'll probably just leave it here :)
