That's right. The New Kids are back. They officially announced their reunion on The Today Show this morning.

Some thoughts.

WOW at the screams.
The little clip of the new song they played actually sounded good! "Cover Girl" is my favorite NKOTB song. "The Right Stuff" and "Hangin' Tough" are vastly overrated.

I really hate to say it, but NKOTB is a little bit before my time. I was born in '87. I learned of them probably around '94.

I'd be happy if they came near me, but wouldn't those tickets be expensive though?

I don't really know...I guess I don't really expect them to be any more expensive than other concert tix.

When I say expensive, I'm thinking along the lines of Spice Girl tickets back when they reunited, which I believe was around $75+ a pop.

I woke up in time on Friday to watch the Today show in my hotel room, with one of my roomies. I'll be posting about that eventually since I plan on posting about everything I did these last few days, but yeah, we were pretty giddy about it, lol

I've never heard any New Kids songs. Boybands = Backstreet Boys (loveD) and NSYNC (hated). I do know Joey McIntyre though. His song Stay the Same was a huge radio hit in Singapore. I still remember how it goes!
