[disjointed] Adding Navigation Links

To add one or more links to the system's Disjointed style, simply piggyback the website link override.

i know it's unlikely this will get answered here, but i'm asking on the chance you do have time to reply:

i didn't see a way to add navigation links to the Tabular Indent style... can we expect instructions on how to modify that one in this way? or is it in here somewhere and i missed it? (if the latter is the case, i apologise, and please point me to it if it is there?)
