i work at a hospital in the dietary department and i get patients on diabetic and cardiac diets who complain to me about the foods their doctors don't want them to eat and about the modified stuff we're sending them... LOOK AT YOUR CHART FOOL, you may not have heart problems now but you're on your way with your sky rocketing blood pressure!

anyway, how were tegan and sara?! i saw some videos on youtube from paris and i remembered you were going. :)

Tegan & Sara were great, imo. A LOT of people have complained about the show: Sara didn't talk much, practically no banter, the girls didn't come out, yadi yadi yada... you know what it was my first T&S show ever and I am happy about it.

They sounded great, the little banter we had was nice, the girls were smiling and funny, and yes Sara was more silent than usual (Tegan did all the "work"), but who cares.... I was there for the music, and I LOVED it.

They sang So Jealous ;)

AND I was right in front of the stage, so I did get a couple of decent shots, which I am very happy about.

Are you gonna go see them sometime in 2010?
Someone hinted that they might be back in Europe next summer... that'd be nice :)) I'd manage to get a press pass this time -and maybe by then I'll have a better lens too.

your pictures are great. :) i hate my camera. i don't see it happening, but i'm hoping by the time i see them in february i get a nicer camera because mine just doesn't take good shots at night. i'm moving out in january though, so that's not likely to happen. :(

that answers your question though! i'm seeing them feb 24th in new orleans, it will be my first show of theirs.

And honestly, my life would be SO uninteresting if they suddenly decided to be like us = booooooooring.
We're not fun.
But they're so... outrageous. And funny. And weird. That's why we love them so much ^_^
