I'm trying to figure out where we can go over spring break, March 9-16. I'd prefer somewhere warm, and especially want to go to Buenos Aires, but London is cheapest right now, which, therefore, is best. I've never even been beyond Canada, so beggers can't be choosers. Just an FYI: once you get to BsAs, everything is dirt cheap; whereas, once you get to London, everything costs like $10,000. I'm sure that you know this, but when I was in BsAs on business and was trying to get my dinners to cost as much as possible, I was still finding it hard to spend more than $15 on a meal.

yes! that is the main conundrum right now. flights to buenos aires are double the price of flights to london, but the exchange rate is like 3.11, whereas the exchg rate in london is .50. also, i'm wondering if we can do europe justice in just one week, considering we'd want to go everywhere, which would cost more, too. this is hard. haha.

i think i have lived there in another life.

but i also love my city so much!! (Buenos Aires)
And what they have said it's true.

London is very expensive and Buenos Aires is so cheap for you now.

i'm glad to hear from you!
we've decided to go to buenos aires... i'm excited, but nervous. i can't speak more than 10 words of spanish. do you think that will be much trouble? i've heard there is quite a language barrier. my husband speaks/understands a bit, though.

Since my country became so cheap. There are lots of foreign people coming and visiting.

So almost everybody (shops, museums, and some areas) speaks in english, and people use to be kind. As everywhere, not everybody.

But please, tell me everything you need.
