Very well done. I can easily see this happening. Gosh, Gideon leaving just made me so mad and I'm so glad that Rossi is on the team now. The way that he just left Reid was just so heartbreaking...I know that it was all because of the actor but the way the writers handled it was very well done and I feel like Gideon actually did that. I like how you had Rossi angry as well as Hotch, but he still let him in. This was great. :)

Thank you very much. I also was angry with the way in which Gideon left, but considering that he and Hotch were very good friends, I think Hotch would at least be nice to him.
