Feeling like sharing, because last year I wasn't able to share the Ixacise vid because no one seemed to want to share/upload it and Tsu still did not put it up. As this year (aka last Sunday) the gang managed to dragged me into doing Ixacise again. But this time, they included the Den-O training part as well. So here's the vid.
