I prepare Pokémon food for each of my Pokémon individually, suited to their tastes both in flavour and in preparation. My Charizard, for example, will only eat flame-broiled food. She often does the cooking herself, once I'm mixed it up. On the other hand, my Ursaring will only eat sweet food of a moist consistency, and also enjoys fruit.
Frozen food would be difficult to maintain while traveling. Does she know any substantial ice-type attacks? You may be able to use the same technique I do with my Charizard, by training her to prepare the food, herself.
Aside from that, frozen foods are often sweet; the taste goes well with the temperature. You could try mixing up something fruit-based to freeze.
She knows some, but she's very shy, so she dislikes using attacks when the others are present. I sometimes have to wait until the rest are done. She does enjoy sweet things, so perhaps that would be a good motivator.
If she's particularly close to any of your other Pokémon, perhaps they could coax her into being more liberal with her attacks. My Ursaring has been training my Mightyena on her own for some time now; it seems to be going well.
I'm afraid I can't take credit for it, myself; it was Ellie who took the initiative in training her teammate. I do hope it works out as well for you as it has for us.
I can't say as I've had much experience in training animals, myself, but I've plenty of experience in preparing food for finicky appetites. If you have any other troubles, I'll be happy to help.

My Snorunt only eats frozen food, but she never really cares about what I put in front of her, either. Any ideas?
