There's a bunny in the room.

If you don't talk about it, maybe it will go away.

"Hey." She waved, and proceeded to sort costumes, ignoring the bunny.

After all, saying hey is just polite, but who expects a rabbit to talk back?

"Any problems so far?" Cause, damn it, his cast WILL respect the help.

Carrie blinked. Her rabbit never talked back to her...

"No, nothin' so far...You're not Mr. Nichols on magic chocolates, are you?"

"Fifth on the left, witch with a crystal ball," Erk muttered under his breath. Locating the door, the mage walked in. "Um, I need a costume for the play, please...?"

"Hey, c'mon in!" she answered brightly. "Who're you playin'?"

"Um, one of the people putting on the little play-within-a-play... Robin Starveling."

"Starveling...that's in the mechanicals group..."

Carrie rifled a rack and came up with a pair of black leggings and a midthigh-length jacket.

"I've got some black boots you can use if you don't already have some," she said as she passed him the outfit.

Costumes! Oh, that was probably the coolest thing about this play. Lola hurried to the classroom, hair streaming out behind her, and an eager grin on her face. Fun, fun!

"Hi!" she beamed at Carrie. Okay, maybe she should turn down the perky just a bit... "I'm Lola. Um, I'll be playing Hermia?" She looked around the classroom curiously, wondering what her costume would look like.

"Hey there!" She beamed back. "I think you're goin' to like this."

She pulled out a blue and silver dress. "Mind tryin' it on?"

Lola looked absolutely delighted as she accepted the dress, holding it pressed against her chest and taking a few light dance-steps, letting the skirt billow. Ohh, shiny, shiny...

"This is gorgeous," she said solemnly and grinned. "Any chance I could keep it after the play's over?"

Because with a couple of cute accessories and the right hairdo, this dress had the potential of being totally luminous.

Oh yeah, that was gonna work, all right. "I got no problem with that if nobody else does," she said.

"Changing area's right over there." She pointed to a corner turned into a cubicle with two wooden folding screens.

Archie slipped in the door, and made a small nod to Carrie. "Is this the right place for costume fitting?"

"Hey! Yep, this is the place. I'm Carrie, c'mon in."

"All right, then, miss, where should I stand?" Archie had the foresight not to come in full uniform, just wearing his breeches and a shirt.

Hamlet surprised himself by managing to actually find the room for costume fittings and to actually get there when someone was still there. Generally, Hamlet would set out with some sort of clear desitination in mind and get so incredibly distracted that he would end up somewhere entirely random that he had never seen before.

"Good evening," Hamlet said, walking in. "It is I, Hamlet the Dane, come for costuming. I play Lysander; a part I find to be much unlike myself. There will not be any black,I fear." He plucked at his black doublet with something like resmorse.

"Hi, Hamlet." Carrie pulled a suit off the rolling rack. "No, Lysander's in gray, not black. Wanna give this a try?"

Hamlet examined the clothes with interest. "As you wish. Where shall I go to do so?"

She pointed to a pair of folding wooden privacy screens set up at right angles with a corner of the room, to form a small changing cubicle. At the same time, she held up the suit in front of Hamlet.

"Yeah, I think that just might work...."
