The Prog Weekend

Well, what a weekend!

We got up at our usual work-day time on Saturday morning, so that Steen could drop me at Birmingham airport in plenty of time. Sounds like a fun weekend.

I keep hearing glowing reports of Frost*, but haven't yet heard any. I should probably do some research and see if I need to adjust my list. I have a YouGov cheque coming at some point which has been earmarked "CD money"...

Mate, the pleasure was entirely mine. My thanks to you and your good lady for the unsurpassed hospitality and endless river of booze and carbohydrates! :-)

Yeah, you went to Blackburn on the DT tour, didn't you, and I was at the Wolves show with Mr Donald the night before. To my eternal shame, I never finished writing that up in my blog, and if it couldn't quite compare to the Beard show, it was at least in the same league.

Yeah - really top-notch to have some quality Talking Bollocks Time with you - here's hoping we get the chance to do it again soon. As for the mighty Proghof and it's esteemed Lord & Lady... perhaps we should both aim to descend on them again when the Beard return to Scotland... ;-)

Haha remote chance? I do read your journal! Very nice to meet you, and hopefully we'll all catch up again on the happiness tour...
I loved the Beard too, couldn't have been more blown away by them! I'd go polytheistic for Alan Morse... ;-)

Oh yeah, Alan Morse is God, alright (or *a* God if you're a pantheist). A facet of the sum of sentient galactic consciousness, at least... :-)

Lovely to meet you (and Robin, actually)!
