The roads are certainly sparsely populated here, Sebastian thought as he trudged on to Schrivenschaft's Quill Shop. Most likely due to the fact that sane students spent their longed for Hogsmeade weekend stocking up on sweets and butterbeer and being social. Not looking for the newest line in non-cramp essay-writing quills. Which he would tell nobody he had done. Because even he had to admit it was rather silly and perhaps he should just buy the thing quickly and try to start up an awkward conversation in the Three Broomsticks with a tolerant fellow Claw.
Feeling like he had come to a reasonable decision, Sebastian ran up to the Quill Shop and peered in the window. No sign of life. Er. He lightly tapped on the door. Dead silence. Surely it was open for business today?
