Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

Feb 01, 2009 00:28

So I stayed up way too late last night and thus woke up later than I planned but I went out and did what I set out to do, which was go to Hiroshima for a few hours and just...NOT be in Kumano.

Bus rides make me sleepy. =3=

McDonalds, I love you. Do not ever change. <3 ( Read more... )

I actually love this group! I haven't heard any of their new stuff (I got into when their first album came out in 2006) but I really do like their style and sound! I just don't have the time to keep up with them - well, energy or money. But since they put their singles on their albums, I just might have to pick whichever one this song might be on.

Hahaha yeah I can be pretty perky. XD; And it's a fun song - singing, and dancing, and just having a good time. I often wish my life could be like that - just having a good time with music and enjoying life. But alas, life is not a musical or music video.

Which JLPT level are you studying for, first of all?

The ones I used/liked for level two were:

Kanzen Master's grammar and kanji books.
Donnna toki dou tsukau book of grammar, has EVERYTHING from level 1-4 and clearly labeled.
The heisei 16-18 previous test book. It's just those 3 years' tests and all of the answers/CDs with all the listening. This one is published by the JEES and Japan Foundation.

I am aiming for one or two - I should probably take a practice test for both of them and see which one is more feasible but ideally, I want to take level 1.

Aaaah okay! Could you give me their ISBN numbers? XD; If you can't that's fine, I at least got the names.

Sure:

978-4-88319-088-1 (kanzen master level 2 grammar)
978-4-7574-1235-4 (donna toki dou tsukau)
978-4-7890-0775-7 (dictionary of intermediate japanese grammar--I don't have the advanced one yet since it was just recently released.)
978-4-88319-229-8 (kanzen master level 2 kanji)
9784893586766 (book with 3 years of past exams for level 2)

Are you interested in any web resources as well? I have a TON of stuff bookmarked for JLPT study since I just took it.

And now is definitely the time to take the level one test if you can--this is the last year they are offering it as it is. AFter this they're totally revamping the test, so some of the current study material might become useless.
