Ooh, what an intriguing premise! All I knew about the music of the spheres was via Doctor Who (LOL!), so this was really beautiful to read and just imagine what it would've sounded like. Haha and I was totally hoping for Hermione/Severus, so thank you for delivering on that front! :D
Your portrayal of the Malfoys, Narcissa in particular, was also lovely and well-done! Their concern for their friend was very real. Ooh and YAY FOR FLUFFY ENDING!! :D
