Since the voting isn't actually on the Quark site I think you need to sign up new. I had to make a new signin to enter. :(
But at least Quark isn't super spammy. (Unless you enter something that's one per email with all 9 of your valid emails. Any time Quark sends something now I get 9 copies! LOL)
