So I'm playing Fallout 3 right now, and it occured to me that the retro-stylised setting lends itself pretty good for.... virtual Hellsing cosplays. A bit of improvisation, and presto, a somewhat recognisable (I hope) Captain:

You can get the Colonel Autumn's coat without exploiting that cheat, though it is a lot later in the game. The hat and other enclave uniforms do hail to Nazi styles and that was not by accident given what they have planned for the denizens of the Wasteland. The pistol can be weak, but there is a unique version that also sets things on fire and it is pretty good.

Like he said, the Zhu-Rong version of the pistol is great for setting things on fire.
