so i need to lose some weight. i don't really like to exercise aside from going for walks when i can so i'm thinking i just need to diet. i figure if i eat just salads (with minimal low-fat dressing) and drink low-fat milk and eat plain grilled chicken and string cheese for protein i should lose some weight. but if any of you have any
