Look, the snow is melting pretty quickly, and the water is rising just as fast. If anyone needs help- sand bagging, digging drainage ditches, whatever you can come up with, I'll do my best to help. As if I'd ever need your help. Really, Redfield, who do you take me for? I'm merely interested in the sake of the town. We are all, regretfully, stuck here together you know. Only a truly foolish and selfish man would turn down the advice of a wiser one over a petty grudge.

I'm not much of a plumber, but I'll do what I can to get the water out- or, at the very least, keep you from accumulating more until the rain dies down and the snow melts safely.

Have you found sand bags anywhere? Or sand to use at all? [There's a pause, she really doesn't get manual labor stuff.] What good would sandbags do?
