Hmm. I suppose I could've posted this sooner, like a week and a half ago, but I got the job at the U studying neural control of the adrenal stress response. I start next Thursday, and am both excited (to be back in the lab) and scared (because my PI needs a lot of data, and science is science). Wonderful! I am on campus more or less regularly. If you ever want to go get a cup of coffee or something, drop me a line.

Oh, and Sarah and I might be having a sledding party soon. I'll let you know where and when... 'cause sledding is just as exciting now as it was when I was 10.

The boy and I gave that Billy Bragg tribute a try and found it to be almost awful (over the summer). Has he improved? We'd give another shot...

He's not Billy Bragg, but I find it charming, at least. Some of it is pretty spot-on, some of it is a good variation, and there are always a couple each night that don't do so well. I'd say it's about expected.

I work at the Turtle Bread on 48th and Chicago (not the one in Linden Hills or Downtown). It's across the street from Amazon and down the street from Pepito's.
