First, thank you for thinking of me and giving me a cute little snowflake :) It was a nice thing to wake up to. Also, nice to get them before I discuss "Mattress" because I'm sure I'll be defriended. ;)

I didn't really have the same issues with the Will/Teri scene that others did either. I was way more bothered by the WAY they chose to make Will the victim there. Because I mean, HE WAS, obviously. But he was the victim because he was lied to, not because this woman he was so in love with doubted him. I hated all those lines. It was so hard for me to fully sympathize with the character, when from my perspective, he was lying through his teeth. Teri, for all her faults, was at least being honest in that scene. Will DOESN'T love her, and emotionally he HASN'T been in that marriage for a long time. I hated that the writers were trying to sell me this idea of his feelings for her that I just haven't seen at all.

I also thought the scene was jarringly overdramatic and that Gilsig left Morrison in the dust. He was so clearly ACTING with a look towards his Emmy submission.

Can't really say much about the physical abuse because I never lived something that horrible and I'm VERY sorry that you had to. The thought of you as a five year old having to witness your mother being hurt so deeply, so ruthlessly, breaks my heart ( ... )

I don't have many thoughts on Mattress, actually. Like you, I'm still not a fan of Cory's singing voice, but I don't try to think too much about the show each week and that works for me.

As for FNL, oh man, Zach! I have long adored Matt, but this brought it all home.

The music was so awfully fakey this past week on Glee. And yeah, Smile was just way out there. It didn't fit at all!

I'm actually starting to get a bit disillusioned with Glee. I'll still watch it because there are not enough tv shows that use so much music, but it's not quite as awesome as it could be.
