Stolen from Fark.com, An american judge has asked lawyers defending Proposition 8 in California to prove that same sex marrage is detrimental to Hetrosexual unions

How shocking that the american right wing should actually have to back up their claims with evidence, rather that the traditional hysteria.

I am quite flighty about these things, so I post very sporadically.

Still, there remains hope for California yet, assuming they will have enough money left to keep emplying the judge by January. :S
