Oh my goodness mystery author, but you have tickled my funny bone! This story was well written, interesting, a little sad, but funny as hell and I loved every minute of it.

It was such an interesting concept and paced so well. I love that Draco and Harry didn't just fall into each others arms, but rather had a slow, awkward, sort of trip over each other (if that makes sense).

Wonderful all the way through. Great job mystery author!

I was looking forward to reading this ever since I found out that someone claimed Cal's crazy prompt. I never thought that a slug!Harry/Draco fic could be anything other than cracky and slimy-snail!sex - but I'm happy to admit that I was wrong. Sure this was ridiculous and funny, and well, ridiculously funny, but it still had a nice balance of silliness and seriousness, well-drawn minor characters, a (shockingly) believable plot, great dialogues, and lovely H/D dynamics/development. Oh, and not to mention, DRACO READS YAOI MANGA! W00t! *burst into fits of maniacal laughter*

Reading your author's notes, I have to admit you hit the snail on the head. *groans, runs and hides*

It was all crackish, then got serious, and went back to its ridiculousness. It had me laughing, but all the seriousness tempered it. And worked extremely well for this. Good job, and excellent use of the prompt. :D

Oh, and I have to add that we've had a bit of a slug and snail invasion in my neighbourhood (I swear, I'm not kidding), so this will most certainly add to the entertainment factor when we're out for our evening walks as I picture the eighth years crawling around. And God help me if I see two huddled behind a boulder! *snicker*

That was delightful. Thank you so much. I was skeptical as to whether I would like it, not being usually into crackfic. But it was fun and yet felt "real" so much of the time.

Now I will never look at gardening the same... Snail and slug sex...
