Amazing. Your descriptions were so on. I love the exploration of H/D relationship through melting ice and traumatic fire. They had such an explosive relationship to begin with, it's really cool that they had to learn to survive by learning to trust and experience the fears that are 'real life.' Thank goodness they don't have to go it alone. It's so much more fun to watch them together. *snuggles*

I really loved the heat of this, and watching Harry and Draco gingerly approach the desire between them. Most of all I loved the small touches of reality, like

he made an undignified, stuttering gasp
and
teaching him how to kiss rather than choke his partner
and
Draco bit Potter’s lip too hard on accident

For me, it's such a fundamental emotional moment in DH, when Harry takes Draco from the Fiendfyre. Thank you for spinning it out in a way that honors the depth of that moment (even if JKR didn't herself seem to recognize, or want to pursue, it).
