I recently used this approach in a home that had a non-human dark entity tormenting the residents. It appears to be effective and there have been no incidents of paranormal activity in almost a month.
It can be used in a rented apartment, just complete the seal with salt at your own doorway.
Check out ontdcreepy, there's a huge pool of people there with all levels of paranormal experience. And they'd LOVE to hear your story. It seriously creeped me out, and I'm hard to creep out.
I agree with the others when they say this is a demon. Do you know if you're gifted with psychic abilities? That might be an explanation as to why this demon girl followed you.
I've never really exhibited any certain abilities in general, although with the boyfriend who I visited who originally had the girl, we had shared dreams and memories with each other before we had ever met in person. I've been able to see different things since I was little but not en masse or anything, just every once in a while.
I don't mean to freak you out, but in the thirty odd years I've been researching the paranormal, entities seem to latch onto more people who don't have a strong religious belief. The enitites (for a generic term) find people like that "weak." I'm a Catholic - I don't follow all the doctrine of it - but I do go to church, recieve sacraments - and they've never seen fit to bother me very much. I've been having paranormal experiences since I was about 13 and have dabbled in earth witchcraft. Only things I haven't done was drugs and Ouija boards. You have to have a strenght more powerful than you to combat it. Our bodies are weaker than theirs. They have the advantage of living forever. We don't. So you need a "power" behind you. Organized religion really does help a lot. Can't tell you which kind will work, just that just believing in God and there was a Jesus without living it? Won't really help. You have to know prayer so well it's in your very soul.
Just my two cents...irish_horseOctober 24 2011, 20:44:52 UTC
I think the OP already has a religious outlook. She said that she was praying when she was scratched, and advised that she's still a non-denominational Christian. If she believes, and she feels that all is well between her and God, then that's good enough. I don't think that man-made sacraments and rituals will help her if that's not what gives her strength.
I agree with the previous commenters - it sounds like a non-human entity (a/k/a demon) and not a ghost. I would definitely follow the advice of the paranormal investigator who commented before me regarding the smudging and the salt. Any sort of blessing and/or cleansing will help.
Be careful that you're not doing anything subconsciously to invite it to stay. Be sure you want it out, and back up your cleansing with solid, strong intention. Invoke all of the positive energy and positive energy workers that you can (angels and spirit guardians and such).
