I banged up my third toe pretty bad last week or the week before. It wasn't so bad, but since I would not stay off of it and rigourously kept up with my usual intense excersise regiment (I'm determined to be back at a size 5 before I go to LA in a few weeks... I've already lost quite a bit of weight so I have to keep it up.) I think it's getting

1st, take in under 1000 calories per day.
Every day for at least 5 days a week: Work out at the gym
Every day for at least 5 days a week: Bikram yoga. This is hot yoga done for 90 minutes in a 105+ degree room. You sweat A LOT and burn 800+ calories a session. The days where I couldn't do yoga I would be at the gym, the days where I didn't do gym I would do yoga, etc. Never go a day without at least 30-45 minutes of excersise.
So my regiment is kind of extreme but after two weeks I can see definite results. But since my toe has been banged up I haven't been able to do as much as usual. >_< So it's kind of hard waiting to heal.
