Haha, I thought it might be nice to point that out since whenever someone goes thumping about the end of the world, someone always seems to try to blame some social issue for it!
the temperature isn't all that frigid actually, we've prolly gotten at the most, 2 inches of snow all winter so it looks to be mild, fingers crossed though.
It really does. It's just one of those moments where it seems like one thing right after another. Shortly after I'd written you, we had to have the Pekingese put to sleep very unexpectedly.
Glad to hear that you haven't gotten brutal temps out there! We've been having a slushy mess here the past few days with snow and sleet taking turns. I'm definitely ready for spring! XD How are things going with you?
And finally, in happier news, I finally caved and marathon-ed Teen Wolf and holy good moses, I need to talk about it. XD There's so much to say and laugh about and WTF...I'm thinking about releasing some of the pent of thoughts in LJ posts, but most importantly, I'm caught up! I know what everyone's talking about now, haha. At least when you're late to the party (as you know I so dragged my feet because I didn't feel I could afford to get sucked in to something else), you have more on hand to watch in one go. So, I hope you're down to re-live some hilarity and share all your thoughts/feelings. :)
i didn't even know that a chunk of washington fell off so you're more informed than i am lol despite how much it rains here, we rarely have problems with flooding and i can't remember there ever being a mudslide, but this is at our house, i know some places in town have problems with this. urgh, i am so done with winter too, it's still hanging on in the air even though there's not any snow :(

i am so done with winter too Has it finally left the air in your part of the woods? We're slowly warming up. The other weekend, we had snow flurries again...I was making the "No" rage face all morning. I think we once had an April storm drop about 8 inches on us, so at least it wasn't like that, but I've gotten so that when April arrives, any additional snow makes me crazy. XD
It was a fun event, and I definitely had fun dressing up as Mrs. White. :) I re-used my Knives Chau wig from Otakon. XD
i don't know what the weather is like at the moment cuz i've been visiting my friend in vancouver, wa for a week now and i'm staying for 2 more, but before i left it was nothing, but rain and grayness. it's sunny down here though for the most part so that's good. before i left though there was a day in the middle of april where i woke up and it was a winter wonderland outside and it was snowing big flakes, then 3 hours later it was sunny and practically all of the snow had melted so idk weather wtf lol
Oh awesome! How was the trip to Vancouver? :) If you can remember since it has now been over for a few months. XD Argh, I'm always so behind on LJ, but I console myself that's just because life/schedule has been so busy so it's not due to slacking...though I suppose even if it was, that's permissible too since LJ isn't my job. XD "But you've deprived innocent citizens of manlove with your tardiness" comes the embittered cry LJ goers!
Wow, your weather was all over the place. It had been smoking hot here the other week--like real feel 100 which is crazy for our area, but last night it was like 49 degrees? Ack.
