So, the Henry House Memorial Day BBQ 2012 was today. They are now calling it the Penguin House but it will always be the Henry House to me. I went to Costco and bought a package of pineapple chicken sausage. I also marinated eggplant wedges in olive oil, balsamic, and garlic.
