Well, today I went to Tsukuba. I did not see Smedrick unfortunately, buy I saw several of his sons and daughters running around the lab. I didn't really get much done today, though. Ok, I am in Japan now. I just got done eating dinner, but I haven't slept since the trip began so I will write more later after I wake up. I just wanted to note that loose socks are finally out of style!

OK, its 4AM and thus beings travel hell. I can never sleep before a trip, or even during it!

Well, I will be leaving for Japan in about 9 hours. I have barely finished packing, I think, but I am sure I have forgotten something really important. I guess I will find out!

I get to go to Japan again in just a few days!!! There is still so much to do before then, though! I have to work out how much money to put into what account, I have to sort through clothes and decide if I need to buy more. I need to print out information about places to go. Well, last night I went to Greekfest with my friend Suzanne. How come I know so many thin Greek people when their food is so good? What is wrong with them?

Well, I just seem to have the worst luck. I hit a big sharp rock on the way home and blew my tire, I got off the road and went to fix it when I discovered that my flashlight is dead.
