1. Application: Fill in the application to be able to join the comm.

2. Character duplicates: There can be any number of each character. You can play them AU at any point if you wish to. However, if you are applying for a duplicate of a character already in the game you must contact the person playing the character to check if they're happy with this arrangement. If you don't, your application will be rejected.

3. Character limit: You can have as many characters as you like from as many or as few fandoms as you like as canon or as AU as you like. OCs are equally welcome. Make sure you are active with the characters you have before applying for more.

4. Activity check: A post will go up once a month on the 2nd and you have to respond to it within a week if you'd like to stay in the game, no matter how much or how little you've been playing that month. Anyone on a hiatus that covers the week, or anyone who has announced an open-ended hiatus the previous month is exempt. If you don't respond to the activity check, the mod will contact you to ask if you want to stay in the game. If you don't respond for the second month in a row, or you don't respond to the PM/email after a week your character(s) will be dropped from the game.

5. Other RP memories: You can bring in characters from previous or current games, as log as you summarise anything important and put it where people can read it, so they know who exactly they're playing with.

6. RP style: However you like, as long as it's in prose (ie, the way books are written). You can do multiple threads on an entry, one thread with multiple people, thread with just two people. You can do more than one thread at a time if you like. But, if you thread anything with adult content, then flag up the post accordingly.

7. Godmodding: Don't do it. This means that you don't write anything for any other character in a thread that you're not playing without their permission. Even if you know that character, everyone's interpretation of them is different and you can't guess what the other player might want them to do or say.

8. Wank: Wank as much as you like - just remember it's a solitary activity and, contrary to any old wives tales you've heard, doesn't make you go blind.
