pre-Christmas update

I haven't been posting a lot lately because I've been busy preparing for my trip to visit my mother. I'm leaving Wednesday and coming back the following Wednesday. I'm proud of myself for managing to get everything I need into one suitcase. My right shoulder is injured, so I don't want to have to handle a lot of luggage. I've got one wheeled
