My careless sister; My broken cellphone; My annoying neighbors; My new obsessions

I already had some stuff to update about, and then this went and happened last night. The Saga of the Crankwhore will have to wait a bit, but I'd like to think my faithful readership (I know you're out there. Just admit it) sees more in me than the vicarious thrill of living next door to a drug dealer that I provide. I have so much stuff to ( Read more... )

galaxy quest, rgis, coleman grill, my dysfunctional family, filthy crankwhore, stupid customer service representatives, rickman, alcoholic, afi, cellphones

I'm glad the grill situation worked out for you. You got most of your money back and were honest with the buyer about its faults. Go you!

I've never tried saving my stuff onto my SIM card, but I think I will soon. I hate, hate, hate my phone and want to get a new one. I just started us on a family plan, so if I have to restart my contract time it will only add a whopping 3 days. Of course I'll probably lose my games, but I'm sure I'll live.

You know, I've never seen all of Galaxy Quest and I've yet to see Trekkies. I'm a bad, bad geek.

Yeah, it's a serious crock if you ask me. They want you to pony up for ringtones etc., not mentioning that you'll just have to buy new ones if you change phones. The factory-installed choices make my ears bleed.

I'm afraid I'll have to report your confession to the Geek Board of Directors. I hope it won't result in revocation of your membership, but I can't promise anything. Especially GQ. It's SO spot on about the whole Trekkie fandom. Good times.

Yesss, looooove Galaxy Quest. My friend was looking through my Alan movies the other day and I thought to myself, "I should really re-watch Galaxy Quest."

Yay for eBay and crazy people who shop there!

I even love that he runs ever so slightly like a girl. Does that make me a silly enough fangirl yet?

Do you giggle while watching him run? Or do you talked about this fact on the internet?
Oh, I guess it's true, then! Fangirl away.

Whenever he runs, whenever he arches an eyebrow, whenever he smirks, whenever he rolls his eyes....you get the picture. *sigh*

(Taped "Blow Dry" off Bravo last night. Can't wait to see it)
