I've watched GA season one again and in episode 3, there's this biker guy who kissed Meredith.
Does anyone know who this guy is and what's his name?
Really interested and intrigued by his accent. ;)

Yes, there is a difference :)

There isn't "one" British (or even Irish) accent, but plenty of local ones. I live in Manchester (England) and the accent in South Manchester is different from the one in North Manchester. Just 30 miles away in Liverpool people have a very distinctive accent. And it's pretty much the same all over the country. There is a sort of 'standard' English accent, but it's quite different from the 'standard' Irish accent.

That said, I haven't watched the episode in a while, so I can't really remember if he sounded Irish or not...
