I am so tired of how they seem to not want any kind of tension anymore. All loose ends get tied up before the end of the episode. Even the last episode, the baby was born and Callie woke up, and then this episode they crammed three months of rehab and NICU into 45 minutes and then it's "Okay off we go, back home!" I mean, in season three, when George's dad was sick, that was what, five or six episodes total?
I loved everything about this episode. Do you think alex cares about the african kids, or is it just about becoming chief resident? I can never tell his motivation.
that post it that meredith found broke my heart. Im sure there will be big repercussions, but I'm glad she did it.
i think alex is sincere about it. he's great with kids already. Arizona hit a heartstring when she told him about it, and when owen called him out it's what came out first. but i think that's because it was on his mind, and he truly wants to do it.
but, i think christina should be chief res anyway, because in one year she saved both callie and derek. i think this may come into play somehow, guys. regardless of her being married to owen.
As much as I love Cristina, and think that she is the most technically capable, I think she still has to work more on her bedside manners before she can be chief resident.
Alex has FAR worse bedside manner than Cristina, IMO. She is always very professional with patients whereas Alex occasionally extorts money out of his.
