Word Bank - 4 Dictionarylicious Sims
I wanted to mix things up a little bit and share some of my prize creations... my Sims. Usually I don't share my Sims, but never before have I been so pleased with the characters I create. After years of playing the game I've finally gotten to a point where I feel like my Sims are both pretty but unique enough to look different and look good in my game if I was to take out all of my Custom Content.
This "challenge" was posted on legacy_writers, but I've also seen people post these Sims on pixel_trade. The objective was to choose a word from a list of about 25 or so and visualize what the word meant to you, then make a Sim to fit that image. I picked five words: demonic, innocent, humorless, unwholesome, and regal. When I attempted "unwholesome", she looked a bit "regal" as well. :)
I gave each Sim a name that either resembles or defines their character. You don't have to use the name I gave them in your game unless you want to. There are two downloads. Both of them are a .RAR of all four Sims plus Bodyshop head shots. The only difference between them is that one includes the versions of the Sims with all their CC included, and the other is CC-free. I recommend downloading the CC-included versions, installing, and unchecking the content you don't want with Clean Installer.
Mona Black
S3, Black Hair, Brown Eyes, Elf Ears
Mona is the type of girl who knows exactly what she wants and how to get it. As her peers in grade school put it, Mona is "bossy". She greatly enjoys pushing other people around and thrives on social contact, just as long as she's the one calling the shots. Taking away Mona's authority is a recipe for disaster. Combine all of this with her mean, serious attitude and you get a demon for sure. Despite being incredibly intelligent and (somehow) a college graduate, Mona has never been able to keep a job as she always feels the need to backtalk her superiors. She's never kept a boyfriend, either, as Mona sees relationships as a device through which a man can control her. No man is willing to brave Mona's fire, either. Nobody knows just how to tame her.
Cecilia Merriweather
S1, Blonde Hair, Light Blue Eyes
Cecilia, also known as "Cece", was raised by her grandmother after her parents' deaths. Horrified by the violent death of Cece's parents in an otherwise quiet town, her grandmother Mary vowed to protect Cece's innocence. As was such, Cece was not allowed to watch TV, use the phone, access the internet, read newspapers or magazines, and go to school. Mary Merriweather carefully censored which books Cecilia was allowed to read, and home schooled her. Cece was only allowed to listen to Classical music. At twenty-three years of age, Cece still doesn't know what sex is but dreams of having a happy family with a loving husband and three children. The only problem is that Cece is so sheltered she has almost no hope of putting herself out into the world to find independence and love.
Blake Grey
S2, Black Hair, Grey Eyes
Everyone who has ever met Blake, no matter who they are, agrees on one thing: Blake is absolutely boring. To give him some credit, Blake tries to be interesting and funny, but he falls short every time. He's a well meaning man in his late thirties who has many desirable qualities: he's handsome, charming, good-natured, and intelligent. Blake's only problem is that he starts a conversation and doesn't know where to stop or how to keep it interesting. He doesn't know what a punchline is, let alone how to tell a good joke. As a result, Blake has trouble socializing with people because he's afraid they won't like him. What Blake needs more than anything is a friend (or a romantic partner!) who can go on as long and tirelessly about the cheese making process as he can.
Regina Alessi
S1, Black Hair, Light Blue Eyes
Regina is one woman you don't want to cross. Not only is she impossibly beautiful, she's dangerous. Needless to say, a babble of suitors have come to try and take her hand over the years. Regina has very little time for romance, but she has married a handful of old men in order to gain a part of their fortunes. Regina is thinking of settling into a small town to live a quieter life away from the hustle and bustle that she's used to. No matter where she goes, though, Regina always manages to con men out of their money and look fabulously dark while doing so.
