It occurs to me that the only drawback to murder is the inevitable post-homicide emotional crash.

Don't ever finish a book and kill someone at the same time. That could really mess you up.

and Rufus Sewell trying really, really hard to sound villainous, but you can tell the poor guy's thinking, Yup. This is the end of my career. It's all downhill from here.

Fortunately, I saw him earlier this (well, last) year in Zen and I can attest that things got better.

I think the is a case-by-case situation.

Well, good. He has always had potential.

If you can get Zen off Netflix, actually, it's worth your time. There's a single series of three episodes-I don't know that they're the best murders I've ever seen solved on television, but I enjoyed the character writing and Rufus Sewell.

I remember being vaguely offended that the forces of hell were so poorly organized. They've got an old lady with knitting needles, and some goth teenagers. It's like they forgot about the war on heaven and decided to start a garage band. And their grandma said she'd help.

Besides buying the books, and sharing the teaser trailer on Facebook, I was trying to think of other ways we could help promote the books. I made a post about upcoming books I was excited for on a Chuck Palahniuk forum I post on every so often, and talked about Drowning Girl. What else can we do to help promotion?

Go to the website (www.caitlinrkiernan.com) and link to it. Link to the trailer. Embed the trailer wherever you can. And yeah, keep talking about the book. Thanks!

Ha, many moons ago I read the book and while not earth-shattering, I was interested enough to rent the movie. I do remember it being disaster. Poor Rufus.

Poor Rufus.

That's what it all down down to for me. And poor Angela Bettis.
