I'm surprised that stuff chips at all. In my (former) San Jose house I occasionally dropped heavy pans off the hanger, which is 4' higher than the counter, and the granite didn't chip. Much to my surprise. I'd have thought quartz composite would be even stronger. Is it really so bad that you have to fork out $5K?

Hello.King Arthur dvd - was backing up this dvd and everything seemed just fine ubntil i played it in my standalone.Used shring+decrypter.Got this hacking in the soundtrack every now and then.The picture was great but the sound terrible!Tried different media with same result!tried even shrinking it once more!Anyone else tried that movie????
