I think Dora's hair looks like that because, as someone on qc_comic pointed out, Dora was going to grow her hair out back to her natural blonde. So I guess this is just the in-between stage. I do appreciate that she and Marten aren't mirror images anymore, at least.

Hah. I did not know there was a community to discuss this comic. It does explain the hair thing, though. But my rant kind of still stands - Dora's hair is obviously long enough at this point where it could be cut. I'm hoping that Jeph is just getting into this "new season" storyline and then will have her cut that horrendous hair. I bet he's gotten, like, a trillion e-mails from indignant readers, despite his plea against just that.

Also, the more I read the panel where Marten discusses seeing Hanner's boobs, the more it makes me laugh.
