Snow Patrol on Wednesday night was all kinds of awesome. Ok Go and Silver Sun Pick-Ups (who I'd never heard of before but will now have to look into) opened and they were both great. Especially considering I had no idea who was even opening and that often turns out badly. I'm not usually all that into stadium shows 'cause you're usually so far away

Silver Sun Pickups rule like ruling things. They've been a "local" band here in LA since i moved here 5 or so years ago. I'm glad you got to see them.

They were totally great (and funny). It doesn't often happen that I end up seeing a band I had no idea even existed and then actually really liking them.
