Looking for 2 BR apartment downtown

I've been checking craigslist, heritagehillweb.org and rentgr.com but wanted to check here as well to see if anyone knows of any apartments for rent within a mile of downtown (work there and have no car) that are 2 bedrooms and a max of $600/mo. with utilities included?
We have a few prospects but I figured it doesnt hurt to ask!

Yeah that isnt affordable, their cat policy is a bit insane!
2 BRs range $650-685
plus
"Cats welcome (maximum two).
Dogs are not allowed
$200 non-refundable pet depost/fee
$15/mo. pet rent for 1 cat & $25/mo. for 2 cats."

OUCH - I have 2 cats!
