Ahhhh, I miss the ocean terribly! Your story made me feel like I was standing right there beside you that day. I'm sure you wish you were standing beside you too, when that bird hit the target zone. teehee

AWESOME ENTRY..loved it..and I was in Whitby in 1998..a guy took me there :) grin. I barely got up those 199 steps tho. Beautiful place I have to admit. Reminded me of here..and now I am nostalgic and sniffly cause I want to go BACKKKK..whaaaaaaahhh.

Those 199 steps wore me out too. But I think Malc started writing his last will and testament!!!!! You'll have to get your sis to bring you over sometime and we can all go to Whitby together... avoiding seagulls of course.
