I never worry about trick or treaters - I'm too far off the beaten path. I still buy a titular package of candy just in case someone stumbles upon us, but it just gets eaten by the family. first off, I love the folks in the Transportation department at the festival. And I am settled in at the Detroit Marriott in the Renaissance Center, downtown Detroit. Yep, it's Jazz Festival time again. I'll let you know how it went when I get home.

Well. It's been an action-packed week, to say the least. Last weekend, with the very dedicated help of my neicelings and Nephew A, I got the house ready for the first house concert of the year.
