I randomly enough watched that today before I saw that. I figured that since it was April Fools' Day, the otters would start humping or one of them would like attack the other or something, but I was only slightly disappointed.

How's life?

I was for sure waiting for one (or both) of them to a.) vom on the other b.) start humping the other c.) get shot by poachers.

in the course of unearthing this gem, i noticed that about 70% of all animal videos on youtube are animals doing it.
