I found gluten-free mayo, mustard, soy-sauce, bread, and crackers. And re-stocked all the cupboards and the 'fridge with the basics as well. I skipped cream-of-rice in favor of kashi (buckwheat) as a breakfast cereal

Yeah, I haven't tried the pastas I picked up yet, but I remember from experiments several years ago that the better gluten-free pastas are not the rice ones. But rice is easiest to find.
Well, I like some rice pastas. There are two often on my list of groceries anyways: the "rice stick" wiggly things that look like ramen, and the flat ones used in pad thai.
