sidhefire gave me a wonderful gift yesterday. A while back, we switched most of the lights in our house to either compact flourescents or full-spectrum bulbs. You're very welcome.. I hope they help you guys as much as they helped us. We got them at the Home Depot on Marvin Way... if you don't find them before we get back, I'll go and grab another package for you...

May I ask what brand they are, since Goldfish liked them so much?

I can't remember what brand they are... goldfish42 might still have the package; we got them at Home Depot, the were the daylight flourescent, small sized bulbs....

well see that's what I get for not reading on farther.
What where their names though? Thankfully we have a home depot in Brat so I could pick some up.

Not that I have to worry right now about light...gees I have 3 large windows per room..I just worry about to much light,

Your welcome love, I know that we looked for the one's (actually sidhefire found them first) that say "simulate natural daylight" they make them now not only in the 60 watt brightness but a 75 and 100 watt as well althought the latter of those two "strengths" is a slightly larger bulb than the one's we got for your home.

I agree with bruuuuuu's assesment of what a regular bulb looks like and that's "after" up grading the regular bulbs to the enhanced light spectrum "reveal" bulbs!!! I can only immagine what the color looked like with good old fashion regular bulbs.. ewwww that had to just be icky and I never new it. (although I'll bet my subconcious did!!)

I hope they make as much a difference in your home as they do in ours!
