I need to get my shit together and weigh myself in the morning so i can get accurate readings on my weight loss. Anywho, i've been looking into my next vacation in November and i think i'm taking a road trip from here to Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, St. Louis and back home. 7:15pm - 232.5

It's been almost 2 months since i've been weighing myself daily. I wanted to chill for a while with the working out and dieting, see if i could maintain my weight and i actually did. My last weigh in was 233.5 and tonite i was 234 so, i'm gonna get back on the bike nightly and do my crunches again.

11:40 - 234lbs.

I haven't had a serious soul searching post in a long time. Not sure this will end up one either. It could just end up as a ramble plagued rant. i wish i could just turn off this driving need to have a warm body close to me, to hold, to fuck, to love. I figured after 3 years i'd just let it go or forget. How silly of me. It just gets worse.
