[Roy still hasn't quite gotten used to this bizarre device. Despite that, however, over the past few days he's been examining it closely, and has, as Maka had told him, managed to locate the contacts list (though it took a lot of button pressing and frustrated tsks). He has yet to discover its other features, but that's mostly because he's not ( Read more... )

As to yer second question, if memory serves, it was like this last time.

[Roy will refrain from mentioning that it took him 3 days to find it.]

[well, hi, our house has quite a few mountains, to say the least. This weather is nothing new.]

Why would it not snow around this time?

... I'm not a fan of snow. I was simply wondering.

I can't say for sure if this is usual for Somarium, but it often snows in parts of my home around this time.

It also snows where I am, though it's rare.

I find the suddenness of the climate change to be somewhat unusual, but I cannot say for certain that it is uncommon for Somarium.

I see.

Have you been here long?

I have seen alchemy do much stranger things than make something levitate.

Though now that you mention it, how is it being held up?

It's kind of strange; we're surrounded by a desert, so the snow is very unexpected.

A desert? Unexpected is certainly an understatement. Surely a sandstorm would be more likely-- snow is the last thing I would expect.

I doubt I would expect it at all.

This is a very strange place, so I suppose even the weather isn't normal.

Indeed. Perhaps I should learn to expect the strange from now on?
