-Start off with your base. Duplicate it two times and set them both to screen at 100% opacity.

-Make a selective colour adjustment layer.
REDS: C: -100
M: +16
Y: +100
YELLOWS: C: -47
Y: -31
B: -22
NEUTRALS: C: +17
M: -11
Y: -18
B: -17

-Make another selective colour adjustment layer.
REDS: C: -70
M: -30
Y: -27
YELLOWS: C: -60
M: -27
Y: -27
B: -28
NUETRALS: C: +25
Y: -16

-You can stope here if you want, that is it for the colouring.
First copy and paste this texture by peoplemachines to the icon and set it to exclusion at 100% opacity

-For the last part copy and paste this texture to the icon and set it to multiply at 100% opacity.


and now you are finished! pretty easy, huh??
