oh, that's a tough one! drink lots of water; the headaches are likely partly from the sugar withdrawal. I find that probiotics really help me kick the sugar habit and minimize the cravings.
also, if you phase to one cup of coffee each morning (no sugar or cream) you might do better overall, and would not be slammed with caffeine and sugar withdrawal all at once. coffee is also full of antioxidants for the first 20 minutes after it's brewed, so it's not a total monster (in moderation). ;>

I gave up coffee at one point but I am back on it (as soon as moved out here actually)
trying to wean myself off of it, but it is damn hard
not that big into sugar (except right now as I am PMSing and all I want is CANDY - trying to curb it with peach tea)
my only suggestion to you is to drink a LOT of water
