Ok let's break this down
Is it her decision if you get that training on electrical or can you request you he considered
Can you walk back from the suggestion you want to go?
Can you suggest it was due to frustration of not being able to make a difference in the workplace?
Bear in mind that the job offer you have seems to be conditional on two days internal assessment (or training).
There will always be shop jobs of varying quality. Are you leaving the job out of spite? Are you damaging yourself more if you do?

I don't have the answers but those are some questions for you.

I don't want to feel continually on the verge of tears when I'm there. I'm not going out of spite but don't think I can handle the criticism.

I'll have to leave you. If you decide  to leave that is a valid and justified decision. You control your life and deserve to be supported and respected at work.
